Staging & Styling Assistant (Full-Time Position)

We’re looking for a motivated, design-conscious individual to join our Staging & Styling team in a full-time role, working across client properties and our Mount Hawthorn Warehouse.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, exceptional organisation skills and a hands-on approach to executing staging and styling projects. A passion for contemporary furniture and homewares, and a commitment to delivering refined, cohesive spaces is essential.

Location: Mount Hawthorn
Position Type: Full-Time – Permanent (5 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interior styling selections across furniture, homewares and art
  • Assist in developing staging proposals in collaboration with the Staging & Styling Coordinator
  • Execute styling installations for residential and commercial properties
  • Maintain quality and design integrity throughout each project
  • Monitor inventory, manage logistics and maintain styling standards across jobs
  • Provide administrative support including documentation, timeline tracking and inventory updates
  • Travel to and from project sites as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of furniture, styling and interior design trends
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or InDesign is a plus
  • Experience with inventory systems such as Stageforce or Cin7 is a plus
  • Current WA driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Adaptable, self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of the real estate or property styling industry is advantageous

Warehouse Team (Full-Time & Casual Positions)

We’re looking for two reliable, hands-on, and safety-conscious team members to join our warehouse and delivery operations — one in a full-time role and one in a casual position.

These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, appreciate variety in their day, and take pride in the careful handling and presentation of high-quality furniture and homewares.

Location: Mount Hawthorn
Position Types:

  • Full-Time – Permanent
  • Casual – Ongoing, approx. 8–16 hours per week to start, with potential for increased hours during peak periods or to cover leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe driving of company vehicle or hire truck
  • Careful loading, unloading and delivery of furniture
  • Furniture assembly onsite and in-warehouse
  • Hanging mirrors and artwork (as required)
  • Receipt of warehouse deliveries; checking for damage
  • Picking, packing and preparing client and online orders
  • Stocktake and inventory checks
  • General warehouse duties and occasional repairs
  • Forklift operation (as required)
  • Picking up supplies or truck when needed
